What to Know About CBP’s 2021-2026 Strategy

In the beginning of 2021, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released their 2021-2026 strategy for operation. The strategy outlines their new mission and vision statement, their commitment to creating a more safe and prosperous nation, and their priorities to achieve their mission. We encourage importers to review CBP’s strategy as this can help importers plan, allocate necessary resources, and remain in compliance based on what CBP is focusing on.

“Protect the American people, safeguard our borders, and enhance the Nation’s economic prosperity.”

“Enhancing the Nation’s security through innovation, intelligence, collaboration, and trust.”
